Valerie & George, uit Qatar, hadden hun perfecte intieme witte bruiloft gepland op Landgoed Rhederoord bij Arnhem. Via Mon et Mine hebben ze contact met ons opgenomen om hen advies te geven en hun ceremoniemeester te zijn.

Our Dutch wedding planned from overseas ;)
We were sooo excited to have our wedding back in the Netherlands, but organizing everything from Qatar (where George and I live) was a bit of a challenge... We started off strong :-) .. browsing the web in search of venues, wedding tips and much more. Through Dutch friends, who emailed us locations they had in mind for their wedding 5 years ago, we found the beautiful ‘green’ venue we were looking for; Landgoed Rhederoord. It was all we were looking for!
Through suggestions by Rhederoord things started to fall into place.. Among otherthing our wedding photographers, the lovely couple Ramon & Hermine of Mon et Mine.
Looking at their website we directly fell in love with their style of photography. While emailing with Mon et Mine regarding the theme and ideas for our wedding, Hermine asked if we thought of hiring a wedding planner, knowing we were organizing our wedding from Qatar...
We told her that we already tried looking into hiring someone to help.. but that we couldn’t find anyone who we felt comfortable with. Happily Hermine had some great advice :) she emailed us Vivian's website! We directly felt we found the person we were looking for... so many great tips, experiences and beautiful photos were displayed on her website!
So we emailed Vivian and she told us she was still available for our date! After emailing back and forth we planned a Skype date so we could "meet" and ended up talking for more than an hour :) After getting to know each other a bit, we talked about what was already organized and what we still had on our to-do-list... We agreed with Vivian, as we already planned quite a lot of elements for our wedding, that she would be our "ceremoniemeester" and in addition she would help us out with styling tips. In the months leading up to the wedding she turned out to be the best help we could have imagined! Whenever we had a hard time of finding the right supplier we were looking for, Vivian would come to the rescue! Through her advice we booked our florist, our DJ and even our Babs. Vivian seemed to know almost everyone in the business!!
By the time we came to Holland, one month before our Big Day almost everything was in place, though we met with Vivian as soon as we could to now finally meet each other in person. Vivian turned out to be even more spontaneous and enthusiastic in "real life"! We met at Rhederoord, so we could directly look at all the styling ideas Vivian had in mind. Talking about where we could hang the white lanterns and ribbons to dress up the green surroundings, seeing where we would setup the ceremony seating, the flowers and all .... Everything was coming to life! We couldn't have been more excited!
The day of our wedding Vivian arrived as one of the first to the venue. She was on top of absolutely everything; there was nothing for us to worry about. She made sure everything was in place, that everyone knew where to go, that all our guests were happy and that all what we had hoped for was organized! All we had to do was enjoy :)
And what an amazing and unforgettable day it was! Thanks Vivian for all your help, support & advice!
